Ivaylo Stoychev - Butch
Ivaylo Stoychev - Butch is a man who has dedicated his life to horses. He following the steps of his father Petar-Butch and his grandfather - Vasil - Butch and he is the third generation dedicated to these amazing animals - the horses.
For Ivaylo Butch, horses are not just animals – they are partners, teachers and inspiration. His whole life is built around them - from understanding their nature to devoting every day to their care, education and health. With passion and dedication, Ivailo-Butch has turned his love for horses into a mission – to create harmony between them and the people who want to know them.
Ivaylo -Butch's relationship with horses dates back to early childhood. While growing up among horses he learned their language, habits and unique character. This relationship has become the foundation of his life and career. Over the years he has perfected his skills as a Coach (National Sports Academy - Sofia, Bulgaria). Teaches with patience and respect, helping riders build trust and connection with the horse.
In addition, he is also a caring owner. He knows the anatomy and behavior of horses, which allows him to provide the best care for their health and comfort. And of course, he is a great motivator! It always helps people overcome their fears and discover the joy of interacting with horses.
For Ivailo Butch, horses are more than a hobby or a job – they are a way of life. His philosophy is based on mutual respect and understanding between man and animal. He believes that a person's true strength is manifested when he treats the weaker with care and attention.
We pay special attention to certification. You can check your instructors in a special register of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Bulgaria. This register includes anyone who can practice the profession of an instructor or coach in Equestrian Sports. Please check your instructors
Ivaylo - Butch dedicates his life to horses - not only as their trainer, but also as a master horse farrier, who takes care of the health and comfort of their feet. With his professionalism, experience and respect for these noble animals, he combines two unique skills that make him indispensable in the horse world.
Experience and Professionalism: Decades of experience working with different breeds and personalities of horses. Ability to work with novice and advanced riders as well as problem or young horses. Organization of horse treks, children's camps, trainings and events that combine sports with the enjoyment of nature. Specialized care for the health of horses - from proper shoeing to creating suitable conditions for them.

Milena Shery
Introducing Milena or Sherry, as most of her friends call her.
She is the gentle, yet extremely strong part of the ranch team – the woman who not only brings warmth and comfort, but also inspires with her professionalism. An integral part of every activity in the ranch.
Milena is the one who builds a bridge between people, nature and animals. In addition to being actively involved with horses and supporting every aspect of the activity, she is also a certified mountain guide.
She guides groups through some of the most beautiful mountain trails in Bulgaria, providing tourists with the opportunity to enjoy the wild nature, relax and find inner balance. Her passion for the mountains is evident in every step – whether it's a short trek or a multi-day adventure, she guarantees safety, comfort and amazing views.
As a person who loves nature and animals, she is a real expert in horse care - she knows the character of each animal and knows how to build a harmonious relationship between them and the riders. In other words, she is a mountain guide with the soul of an explorer and an expert in the horse world.
